Biography
Professor Yuhas is an Associate Professor of Practice, bringing fifteen years of experience as a practicing attorney in the criminal justice system to the program. She has worked as a criminal defense attorney, prosecutor, and a magistrate, and brings breadth and depth of experience in the criminal justice system to students in her classes.
Professor Yuhas is a U.S. Army Veteran and graduate of the Defense Intelligence School, Defense Language Institute, and proudly served six years as an intelligence analyst/linguist.
A dedicated Zip, she is also a University of Akron alumni, earning her B.A. in Sociology/Criminal Justice, and J.D. from the University of Akron.
