The Office of Accessibility

Testing accommodations may include extended time, distraction-reduced test environment, use of technology during testing, reader and/or scribe, and/or test proctor. The University of Akron -
Lakewood Campus

University of Akron students who require proctoring of exams due to special circumstances may arrange with their instructor to take their course exam at Lakewood by contacting Jeannette Berger at the phone number or email below. Lakewood does not have a test proctoring center and cannot provide lockdown browsers or placement testing.

Computer Based Assessment and Evaluation

Computer Based Assessment and Evaluation maintains an 82 station Computer Based Testing Lab, with 2 distraction reduced testing rooms for students with accommodations, in Schrank Hall North 152 on the University of Akron main campus. Testing in Computer Based Assessment and Evaluation is done by appointment or walk-in basis during the open lab hours of operation. Services include computer-based 小黄片视频 course testing on request by instructors, placement testing for 小黄片视频 students, and Scantron test scoring for faculty.
